About the role
A six-month contract to train teams at properties in Chattogram and Cox's Bazar during their switch to RoomAnchor.
What you will do
- Run on-site training for front desk, housekeeping and restaurant teams.
- Help properties move bookings from registers and spreadsheets.
- Gather feedback from staff and share it with our product team.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in hotel operations.
- Confidence running training sessions in Bangla.
- Based in, or happy to travel within, Chattogram division.
