Guest activities and meal plans
Breakfast, pool, gym and kids club, counted at the door.
Define anything you want to count or charge at the door, from breakfast and the pool to shuttles and tours. Allowances decide what each guest gets included with their meal plan or package.

The details that matter at the desk.
- 01
Count or track capacity
An activity either counts entries or tracks who is inside against a capacity, with service windows such as ladies' swimming hours.
- 02
Allowances from meal plans
Breakfast included for every guest on bed and breakfast, kids club once a day on half board, or a one-off allowance for a package.
- 03
Charges for extras
Anyone beyond the allowance pays the resident price, and walk-ins pay the walk-in price. Extras go to the room or are paid by card or cash.
- 04
Custom fields
Capture what each activity needs on every entry: towels issued, flight number, a child's age and allergies.

Guest activities and meal plans, answered.
Do we need a restaurant to track breakfast?
No. A guest house can count breakfast covers as an activity without the restaurant module.
Can the pool attendant use a phone?
Yes. The attendant view shows the capacity bar, a walk-in button and the in-house list.
