Front desk
Arrivals, departures and walk-ins on one screen.
Check guests in and out, assign rooms and see who is in house without leaving the front desk view. Check-in, check-out and room status follow the same rules on a desktop at reception or a phone in the lobby.

The details that matter at the desk.
- 01
Today at a glance
Arrivals, departures and in-house guests for any date, with occupancy tonight and a check-in button on every arrival.
- 02
Check-in that checks for you
Check-in needs the arrival day and a ready room, assigned automatically when possible. If the property asks for it, identification is recorded first and stored encrypted.
- 03
Check-out that keeps the house in step
Checking out marks the room dirty, adds a departure clean for housekeeping and updates the guest's stay history. It is blocked while money is owed unless the property allows it.
- 04
Works on a phone
The front desk, bookings and payments all fit a phone screen, so staff can check a guest out from the lobby or the car park.

Checking guests in and out
Work today's arrivals and departures from the front desk screen, assign ready rooms, record ID and settle the bill.
Front desk, answered.
Can two agents sell the last room at the same time?
No. Room types are locked while a booking is saved, so the second agent sees that the room is gone.
Can we let a guest leave with a balance?
Only if the property allows it in its front office settings, or the user has permission to post adjustments.
Do we have to record guest ID?
It is a setting. When it is on, check-in asks for identification first. ID numbers are encrypted and shown masked.
