API and webhooks

A public REST API with scoped keys and an OpenAPI reference, plus signed webhooks for reservation, guest, payment, folio and housekeeping events. The API uses the same rules as the app.

Scoped keys
Keys are shown once and stored hashed, with scopes, optional property and IP limits, a rate limit and an expiry date.

Safe retries
POST requests accept an idempotency key, so a repeated request never creates a second booking.

Signed webhooks
Deliveries are signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried with backoff and logged. Endpoints that keep failing are switched off and admins are alerted.

Is the API on every plan?
The API is an optional module. Check your plan, or ask us to switch it on.
Are ID numbers available through the API?
No. Guest identification numbers are never returned or accepted.
