Yes. Book a demo and we will walk you through RoomAnchor using your own rooms and rates. Once you sign up, your team can practise in test mode, where payments are simulated and nothing is charged, before you go live. There is no setup fee, and you pay monthly or yearly in taka.

Yes. The yearly price of each plan is ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.

Starter covers rates, reservations, the front desk, guests, folios and the night audit, housekeeping, guest activities, the booking website, guest messages and reports. Maintenance, staff rosters, inventory, purchasing, restaurant and bar, spa, events, CRM, loyalty, finance and the API come with Professional and Enterprise, as will the channel manager when it launches.

Rooms count every room, apartment, bed or site across all your properties. Staff counts team members who have a login, so people who only appear on the roster without signing in do not count.

You can pay by card from Settings, Plan & billing when online checkout is set up for your plan. We can also record bank transfers and bKash payments made offline against your account.

Yes. You can cancel straight away or at the end of the period you have paid for. After that your workspace becomes read-only, so you can still look at your data but cannot make changes or take new online bookings.

Yes, for properties that charge in BDT. Guests can pay deposits and balances online through bKash or SSLCommerz, and Stripe is available for card payments in other currencies.

Not for online payments. You can send a guest a payment link from their booking, and they pay through your gateway on their own phone. Card payments on your existing terminal can still be recorded on the folio.

Only when the payment provider confirms it. A guest returning to the site is not enough on its own, so a payment cannot be marked paid by mistake.

Yes. Set a card surcharge percentage in the payment settings, and it can be added when a card payment is taken on a folio.

Yes, through SSL Wireless or BulkSMS BD with your own account. Until an SMS provider is connected, texts are recorded as skipped rather than sent, so you always know what reached the guest.
