Ask us something elseWhat kinds of properties is RoomAnchor built for?
Hotels, boutique hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, guest houses, hostels, lodges, villas, vacation rentals and more. The workspace adjusts its wording to your property type, so apartments are called apartments and hostel beds are called beds.
Can I run more than one property from one account?
Yes. One organisation can hold several properties and branches, and you switch between them from the sidebar. Guest profiles, loyalty, suppliers and your team are shared across the organisation, and staff can be limited to the properties they work at.
Which languages does RoomAnchor support?
English and Bangla. Each staff member can choose their own language, and guests can switch language on the booking website and receive their emails in it.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every screen works at phone width, and the room attendant list, restaurant register, activity tracking and front desk are designed to be used on a phone or tablet. There is nothing to install; it runs in the browser.
Do guests get a booking website?
Yes. Each property can take bookings online with live prices and availability, a deposit through your payment gateway when your policy asks for one, and a confirmation email with a link where guests can view, pay for or cancel their booking.
How long does it take to get started?
A small property can be set up in a day. The onboarding wizard walks you through your property, rooms, amenities, taxes and fees, policies, payments, team and going live, and you can change any of it later.
Can I add all my rooms at once?
Yes. Rooms can be added in bulk using a range such as 101 to 120 or Villa 1 to 4, and you can give rooms names as well as numbers.
Can my team practise before we go live?
Yes. We can turn on test mode for your organisation while your team trains. In test mode every online payment is simulated, no money is taken, and staff and guests see a clear notice saying so.
